1. I understand that if my dog is more than 14 years old or exhibit unsafe behavior during grooming, they fit in this category.
2. I understand that the age and behaviors not only increases the time of grooming session, but also poses serious financial and reputation risk to the groomer that shouldn't have been in first place. 
3. I understand that groomers are for-profit business owners and aren't obliged to provide affordable services to owners of old/anxious dogs. I understand that every difficult/old dog receives a separate quote on the day that reflect the real cost of grooming and will be much higher than the standard cost and this information is clearly shown on the booking page. 
4. I understand that as my dog gets older, it becomes less tolerant to grooming. 
5. I understand that when my dog exhibit unsafe behaviors or is too old to be groomed,  the groomer is not held responsible whatsoever happens.
6. I understand the groomer should be compensated fully for the entire groom regardless of outcome.
7. I understand that the price I'm used to previously may be more affordable but it does not necessarily represent that it was a fair price to the groomer.
