We come to you. We do grooming inside our purposely built grooming van which will be parked next your house, which is a mobile salon in its self that contain all equipment and features and most importantly, the experienced groomer himself.
You do not have to supply anything. But power and hose connection is preferred. The power connection can be found in garage (commonly), external weatherproof outlets outside of house or in one of the room inside house. We will connect using a long power cable from our van.
A typical service will take somewhere between 0.5 - 2 hour. But keep in mind that we expect someone to be at home at least for the next 3 hour of your scheduled appointment time as the time you book is not our exact arrival time but rather your position in the queue. Booking in at 1pm and needing to leave the house at 2:30pm is likely setting your appointment up for a failure because there is a good chance the operator will not make it at 1pm.
If you used to take your dog to a salon, expect the prices to be similar or little higher. Our prices can be found in online booking page.
You can generally expect to book within 2 weeks at the time you're seeing this, assuming you're reasonably flexible. However, we can't guarantee this will be the same in the future as we build up our clientele in this area, so if you're happy with our work, we encourage you book in advance.
We are more than capable of grooming anxious/difficult dogs. In fact, this is our role and this is what mobile groomers are really good at, due to being the 'go to' option for people with anxious dogs. This does not apply similarly to aggressive dogs, should be sedated and groomed by a vet.
We don't charge a fee for cancellation as we understand that things happen, but please let us know in advance as much as possible! Also, please do not book in with intention of cancelling the service if something better comes up, its not right thing to do.
